My Story

Like most people, over the years I’ve fallen victim to not eating properly or getting enough exercise. As time passed this was impacting my health more than I had realized, so approaching the age of fifty I found myself sitting in a multitude of doctors offices trying to figure out what was causing all the symptoms I was having.

After several months and several tests, I was cleared of any major illnesses. At this point, I decided my approach to wellness would be finding ways to better assist my body’s day to day functions and to feel better naturally. Throughout my life, I have always preferred a more natural way of supporting my body and have steered clear of prescription medications for personal reasons, and if you know me, you know why. So looking for natural alternatives for my body made the most sense to me. So I began my plan of incorporating natural wellness into my lifestyle.

First, I hired a personal trainer to help me get active again and feel better about myself. Learning how to enjoy exercising was the stepping stone that I needed to take the next step, which was overall wellness.

Next, I cleaned up my diet with proper nutrition. However, I am human so don’t get me wrong, I do still treat myself to foods I enjoy, just in limited quantities.

Then came the change that benefited me the most; Essential Oils (EO). EO have changed my life and the life of those around me. I can not put into words what this change has meant to me. I feel like I’m 15-20 years younger and I have plenty of energy to get me through the day.

I now include natural wellness and EO’s in everything I do. I am very passionate about sharing my journey to wellness and how important EO’s were. Try Natural Wellness is about taking control of my family’s health in a natural way. If you’d like to learn more about using EO’s, please contact me at

If you are not happy with your quality of life, it can’t hurt to get some more information and give it a try. My story of change and healthiness could be yours.

Have a happy and healthy day!
